Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct shipping & receiving activities, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments comply with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards.
• Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, packaging, and inventory control procedures to optimize warehouse distribution.
• Utilize data entry skills to update ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software for seamless operations.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with order fulfillment, inventory audits, and trade compliance checks to meet international trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation accurately.
• Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment like pallet jacks is preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude when interacting with team members or external partners involved in shipping & receiving activities.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance practices is a plus but not required.

Pay: $23.74 - $28.59 per hour
