Warehouse Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this role, you will be an integral part of our distribution center, ensuring the efficient handling of products from receipt to shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Load and unload packages from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling of all items.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking of products.
• Build and prepare orders for fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in order picking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in stock management by organizing inventory within the warehouse and performing regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with package handling and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required based on company policy.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
