Warehouse Worker

Hipac Healthcare is looking for an experienced Warehouse Worker to join our Operations team in Prestons.

Our warehouse is a fast-moving, hands-on environment where the team works across the full warehouse operation rather than being limited to one task or area. Products move in and out quickly, priorities can change throughout the day, and everyone plays a part in keeping things running smoothly.

We're looking for someone with solid warehouse experience who knows what good looks like. You'll be confident across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock movement, and you'll have the initiative to see what needs doing and get on with it.

The Role

You'll work across all aspects of the warehouse, including:

• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
• Preparing and checking goods for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a forklift safely and confidently
• Maintaining accurate and organised stock locations
• Completing stock counts and supporting inventory accuracy
• Identifying and resolving stock or order discrepancies
• Assisting with deliveries and collections when required
• Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and ready for what's next

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional, not someone looking for their first warehouse role.

You'll need:

• Demonstrated warehouse experience – essential
• Current forklift licence – essential
• Current Australian driver's licence – essential
• Experience across receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
• Confidence operating a forklift
• Good stock control and inventory skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to prioritise and work independently
• Initiative and a willingness to take ownership
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Good communication and teamwork
