Duties

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management to prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products according to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely during load & unload activities and assist with stacking and stocking products on shelves or pallets.
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and tracking deliveries to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold customer service standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP.
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock control and data entry.
• Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and trade documentation is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly valued.

Pay: $25.48 - $28.27 per hour
