Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management by accurately stocking, picking, packing, and organizing products using RF scanners and inventory management software
• Load and unload shipments efficiently with equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols
• Prepare orders for shipment through precise order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain detailed records of shipping & receiving activities within ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms
• Support warehouse distribution efforts by coordinating logistics, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations
• Utilize data entry skills to update inventory databases and track stock movements accurately
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouse operations to uphold safety standards and optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics is highly preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems
• Ability to operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely and effectively
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging standards is a plus
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and other departments
