Duties

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing processes
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software
• Assist in stock replenishment and stocking activities to optimize warehouse layout and product availability
• Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing items for shipment according to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations
• Conduct regular inventory counts and data entry tasks to uphold inventory accuracy and facilitate efficient order fulfillment
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations, adhere to safety protocols, and meet logistical deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus
• Familiarity with shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures
• Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is advantageous but not required

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
