Job Overview

Join SLLET Solutions as a Warehouse Worker in San Jose. As an asset logistics and commercial equipment provider, we are seeking a focused individual to oversee local inventory handling and job-site preparation. In this role, you will manage inbound shipments, maintain organized staging bays and bundle commercial materials for field crew dispatch. This full-time position offers consistent Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight deliveries, inspect incoming shipments for damage and reconcile received goods against delivery manifests.
• Transport commercial fixtures, hardware and inventory across the facility using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Organize staging racks and holding bays systematically to ensure fast access for outbound field teams.
• Perform inventory entries and barcode scans to maintain accurate stock counts in the facility system.
• Kit, package and secure job-specific materials onto pallets prior to daily transport schedules.
• Maintain facility safety protocols, clear floor pathways and ensure general warehouse bay organization throughout the shift.

Skills

• Previous background in warehouse receiving, material handling or logistics distribution.
• Hands-on proficiency with pallet jacks, hand trucks and general facility equipment.
• Experience using handheld digital scanners or inventory tracking tools.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs over an 8-hour shift.
• Strong track record of punctuality, safety awareness and effective team communication.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
