Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management software, and ensuring stock accuracy within warehouse management systems.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and AS400 platforms for data entry, order tracking, and inventory updates.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and managing shipping & receiving processes in compliance with trade regulations.
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable.
• Support warehouse operations by participating in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace aligned with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, Microsoft Office tools, and RF scanners.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
• Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers is a plus; certification preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry, stock management, and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to support team collaboration and operational efficiency.

Pay: $22.75 - $27.43 per hour
