Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately.
• Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling products according to shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate data entry records for shipments, stock movements, and order processing using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms.
• Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving standards.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve order fulfillment processes, and uphold customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely.
• Strong basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and verifying quantities.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment processes.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment and provide exceptional customer service when needed.
• Prior experience with warehouse management systems like AS400 or MRP systems is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
