Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient handling of goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to shipping & receiving protocols
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP modules
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management activities to prevent discrepancies and support stock replenishment
• Operate data entry tools to update inventory levels, shipment details, and order statuses promptly
• Assist with packaging products securely for international trade compliance and trade regulations adherence
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatch of goods for e-commerce orders or wholesale distribution

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms like AS400 or MRP systems
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures
• Experience with warehouse operations including stocking, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution processes
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Customer service orientation to assist internal teams or external partners effectively

Pay: $23.78 - $28.42 per hour
