Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts, data entry, and updating inventory management software to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely and verifying shipping details in accordance with shipping logistics standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics teams to optimize shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
• Assist with inbound shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, processing documentation, and ensuring trade compliance with international trade regulations.

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (such as ERP or AS400) and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other tools safely.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing data accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and stock management tasks.
• Customer service mindset to effectively communicate with team members and support internal or external clients.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations related to e-commerce platforms, packaging standards, and logistics coordination.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
