Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, process orders, and update stock records accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards are met.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring timely receipt of incoming goods and dispatch of outgoing shipments.
• Stock shelves and organize products systematically to optimize space and facilitate easy access for order fulfillment.
• Conduct shipping & receiving tasks by verifying shipment details against purchase orders using systems like AS400 or MRP software.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels in accordance with warehouse distribution protocols.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or similar logistics setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, or MRP software for inventory tracking.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities and inventory counts.
• Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order fulfillment processes like picking & packing.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
