Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure accurate stock placement
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker tools and inventory management software
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms
• Organize stock in designated areas, ensuring proper stocking procedures and adherence to trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable
• Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating outbound shipments, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods
• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly
• Support warehouse distribution activities by load & unload operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory management
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking, picking & packing, and data entry tasks
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with familiarity with logistics practices including international trade regulations when applicable
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $23.62 - $28.45 per hour
