About the Role

Energy Assembly & Testing Services is a specialized oilfield tool assembly and high-pressure testing shop. We are looking for Warehouse Worker to join our team. This hands-on role involves assisting the mechanical assembly, disassembly, redress, and high-pressure testing of downhole tools.

The ideal candidate brings positive & energetic attitude within our detail-oriented, safety-first environment where quality and precision matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Assembly Manager to assemble, disassemble, and redress downhole completions tools
• Inspect incoming components for damage, wear, and dimensional conformance using calipers, micrometers
• Operate shop equipment including hydraulic presses, air tools, torque wrenches, overhead cranes
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with supervisors and customers on job status, issues, and turnaround timelines

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working in industrial setting
• Willing to learn to work with hand tools, torque equipment, and precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to documentation and traceability
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment
• Forklift certification is an asset
• Positive and entrepreneurial attitude
• Basic computer skills for entering work orders and test data
