Warehouse Worker (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Entry-Level Warehouse Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. You will be responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes, all while adhering to safety standards and using various warehouse equipment. Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (including reach trucks), and order pickers
• Perform stock replenishment, picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks accurately and efficiently
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels and update records
• Use RF scanners and AS400 systems to process shipments and manage inventory data
• Ensure proper handling of materials with manual handling techniques and heavy equipment operation while following safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, sorting materials, and managing shipping & receiving areas
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, crane systems, and heavy lifting tools with proper training or certification preferred
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, load & unload procedures
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
• Knowledge of safety regulations such as OSHA standards and proper PPE use during manual handling or heavy equipment operation
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $28.02 per hour
