Warehouse Worker / Installation Assistant

Duties

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks to ensure accurate stock placement.
• Organize stock in designated areas, perform regular stock counts, and update inventory management software to ensure data accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, following all safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking supplies, packaging products securely, and ensuring proper order picking and packing procedures are followed.
• Assisting our technicians during the installation process of our products.
• Helping to transport our shipments by driving the company's truck.

Skills

• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and measurements.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, order fulfillment, and load & unload procedures.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge on how to operate a truck.
• Experience with assemblies and installations.
