Warehouse Worker / Packer – Forklift Operator

Mitchell Brands is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Worker / Packer to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and must have forklift experience.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker / Packer will assist with packing, labeling, preparing, moving, and organizing beauty and skincare products in our warehouse. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to safely operate a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load and unload products and materials.
• Safely operate a forklift to move and organize inventory.
• Receive, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects.
• Prepare materials and supplies for production and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory organization and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Report damaged products, inventory issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to safely lift and move boxes and materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
