Warehouse Worker/Class A CDL Driver

Description:

Redneck Outdoor Products is looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker with a valid Class A CDL to join our team. This position combines warehouse duties with transporting materials between company warehouses and facilities. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping materials organized and ensuring that products and materials are transported safely and efficiently between our facilities.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and inventory in the warehouse.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Transport materials, parts, and products between company warehouses using company vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required vehicle documentation.
• Secure loads properly and follow all DOT and company safety requirements.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping materials.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse and loading areas.
• Verify quantities and materials being transferred between locations.
• Assist other warehouse and production departments as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Must be willing to perform both warehouse and CDL driving duties.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
