Warehouse Worker/Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. As a key player in our logistics process, you will also handle the transportation of goods, making timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels using a Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate stock counts.
• Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking and packing items for shipment.
• Utilize equipment such as cherry pickers and order pickers to retrieve products from high shelves safely.
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
• Build and maintain organized storage areas to facilitate easy access to products.
• Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure all packages are prepared for shipping according to company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes.
• Ability to operate cherry pickers and order pickers safely.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving packages as needed.
• A valid driver's license is required for delivery responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
