Warehouse Worker/General Laborer

E5 Energy is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Worker / General Laborer.

We specialize in temporary heating, cooling, power generation, and lighting equipment rentals for construction sites and events. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn new skills.

This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including maintaining rental equipment, organizing the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading equipment, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and rental equipment.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare rental equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard.
• Organize tools, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as trained and authorized.
• Assist with general shop projects and miscellaneous tasks.
• Work alongside our operations team to ensure equipment is ready for delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials safely.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Previous warehouse, construction, mechanical, or equipment rental experience is a plus, but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
