Warehouse Associate / Hose Technician

We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Hose Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on hose testing, certification, and hydraulic assembly work with core warehouse operations — inventory management, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, warehouse distribution experience, and the ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Hose/hydraulic experience preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right candidate.

Duties

• Perform hose testing and certification
• Build new hose assemblies using hydraulic crimp equipment
• Operate forklifts (stand-up reach truck preferred) and pallet jacks to load and unload materials
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking
• Process shipping and receiving accurately and efficiently
• Maintain warehouse organization to support efficient operations
• Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting as needed
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and basic mechanical maintenance
• Perform occasional deliveries
• Follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet operational goals

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract required; Class 5 with air brake endorsement preferred
• Forklift experience required; stand-up reach truck experience preferred
• Ability to consistently lift 50–75 lbs of product that cannot be moved via forklift
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to safely operate heavy machinery
• Experience with shipping & receiving processes and materials handling
• Experience with warehouse/electronic inventory management systems preferred
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
