Warehouse Worker/Manager

We are a growing furniture company dedicated to delivering quality home decor and furnishings to our customers. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and organized individual to manage our warehouse operations and assist with light physical tasks to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management: Organize inventory, manage rack space, receive shipments, and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and tidy.
• Order Fulfillment: Safely pack, label, and prepare furniture and decor orders for courier pickup or delivery.
• Inventory Control: Inspect incoming stock for damages, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and track inventory counts.
• Minor Assembly & Labor: Perform basic assembly/disassembly of furniture pieces, handle unboxing, and assist with loading/unloading trucks or trailers.
• Equipment & Material Handling: Safely handle boxes, furniture crates, and manual material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift, push, and move furniture and heavy packages (up to 50+ lbs) regularly.
• Basic Tool Skills: Comfortable using basic hand/power tools (drills, screwdrivers, box cutters) for simple furniture assembly and unboxing.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Organization: Detail-oriented with a good eye for keeping physical inventory organized.
• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse work, shipping/receiving, or basic assembly is preferred (furniture handling experience is a big plus!).

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
