The Role

As a Customer Success and Delivery Specialist on the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) team, you won’t just be a team member; you will be an Innovator, a Problem solver, and the Face of our company, Embodying our values in every interaction.

Day to Day

• Pulling ERP system reports, writing orders as needed
• Pulling product, printing labels, and staging orders in the warehouse
• Perform physical inventory & cycle counts
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive incoming shipments and put away using RF system
• Delivering tools/products with company vehicle, cultivating customer relationships
• Troubleshooting tool vending machines, maintaining, and repairing as needed
• Entering pertinent information into our CRM upon return to office
• Collaborating with the team, improving operations and processes

Your Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer service, delivery, and inventory management.
• Ability to independently strategize, execute, and innovate operational processes.
• Proficient in leveraging data and feedback to improve daily operations.
• Experienced in MS Excel and other computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
