Warehouse/Dispatch Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehouse operations? We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, drive productivity, and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized working environment.

About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse and ensuring smooth and timely operations—from inbound deliveries and inventory management to dispatch. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced warehouse.

This is a full time position, based in Dandenong South

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock takes and cycle counts.
• Manage scheduling, workload planning, and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
• Loading and Unloading of Containers.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control processes.
• Current Forklift license.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Safety-first mindset with a solid understanding of WHS regulations.
