Job Summary
The Furniture Warehouse/Driver is responsible for managing the inventory of furniture, ensuring safe transportation to customers, and assisting with loading and unloading deliveries. This role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management:
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing furniture.
• Prepare and assemble items for delivery, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Driving Duties:
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport furniture to customers.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent service during deliveries, including setup and assembly if required.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
