Experienced Forklift Operators - Day & Afternoon Shift

About the Role

Our client, a leader in the Building Supplies industry, is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for immediate starts in Derrimut, VIC.

This is a mixed-position role, combining forklift operation with hands-on warehouse duties. Due to the physical nature of the work, candidates must be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks throughout the shift.

What's on Offer:

• Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday - $35.96 per hour + Super
• Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday - $40.27 per hour + Super
• Immediate starts available.
• Temp-to-perm opportunities.

Duties Include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift, including the occasional use of grab attachments and double-deep tines.
• Picking and packing orders.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Manual handling and lifting of up to 20kg.
• General warehouse and inventory support duties.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Available to work Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
• Strong focus on workplace health and safety.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
• Own reliable transport.
• Physically fit and capable of regular lifting up to 20kg.
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and forklift competency assessment.
