We are supporting a leading organization in the search for a Warehouse & Distribution Associate to join their operations team in Switzerland.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing warehouse and distribution activities while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.

• Start date = asap
• Duration = Until 31/12/2027 (possible extension)

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse and distribution activities in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately complete operational documentation in electronic systems (SAP) and paper-based records
• Support the implementation of new equipment, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Report quality- or process-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders
• Participate in audits and inspections related to your area of responsibility
• Act as a point of contact (SPOC) for assigned operational processes
• Deliver assigned tasks according to quality, quantity, and timeline expectations
• Support KPI data collection and reporting activities
• Assist with onboarding and training of team members
• Contribute to additional operational activities such as document maintenance, training support, exception management, and process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Technical, scientific, or logistics-related education
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or another regulated operational environment
• Experience working with quality-controlled processes and documentation
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Commitment to quality, compliance, and operational excellence
• Fluent German and English
• Basic English
