What they need
- Monitor and verify pre-alert notifications received from clients.
- Ensure timely acknowledgment and readiness for incoming transactions.
- Accurately process and launch work orders in the system.
- Ensure all required sticker labels for issuance are completely printed before proceeding.
- Attach sticker labels to pulled piece parts and corresponding work orders.
- Verify that labeling matches system-generated details.
- Perform accurate picking of items based on work order requirements.
- Ensure proper verification of Part Number, Lot Number, Quantity, Storage, Location, Serial Number (if applicable)
- Ensure items are picked from the correct storage location.
- Return remaining items in tote pans to their original designated locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy at all times.
- Handle all parts carefully using proper material handling practices to prevent damage or loss.
- Strictly adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements at all times.
- Follow all workplace safety rules and protocols.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations on housekeeping.
- Demonstrate proper work attitude and awareness of all policies, procedures, and standard work instructions.
- Uphold company values and behavioral standards.
- Maintain high-quality service by strictly following organizational standards and operational procedures.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
