Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate, Vocational, or College Level.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Warehouseman, Storekeeper, or in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
• Knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials and equipment.
• Familiar with inventory reports and stock reconciliation.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.
• Honest, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and project site assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel and project teams.
• Ensure proper storage and safekeeping of warehouse items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
