About the role

Eli Consolidated Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouseman to join our warehousing and distribution team based in Tarcan, Baliuag, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. As a Warehouseman, you will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly to support the wider logistics and distribution objectives of the company. This position is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, inspecting items for damage, and verifying contents against delivery documentation
• Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage methods and systems
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure data integrity
• Picking and packing orders in preparation for shipment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Loading goods onto vehicles for dispatch, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items to prevent damage
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Identifying and reporting damaged stock, discrepancies, or operational issues to management
• Supporting the warehouse team in meeting delivery schedules and performance targets

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environment
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items and prolonged standing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in the workplace
• Flexibility to work shift patterns if required
• Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems is desirable
