Warehouseman

About the role

The Site Warehouseman is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring materials, tools, spare parts, and other warehouse stocks. The position ensures accurate inventory records, proper storage and handling of materials, and a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, store, and issue materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts
• Monitor and report low, damaged, missing, or excess stocks
• Properly label, arrange, and safeguard warehouse items
• Assist in loading and unloading materials
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety
• Prepare basic inventory and issuance reports
• Follow company policies and warehouse procedures

About you

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations
• Ability to receive, store, issue, and count materials
• Familiarity with construction, materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies
• Accurate in inventory recording and documentation
• Good housekeeping and proper material organization
• Physically fit for lifting and handling materials
• Good communication and team work skills
• Responsible, honest, and accountable in handling company property
• Able to follow company, safety, and warehouse procedures
