Job Summary

The Warehouseman is responsible for the proper receiving, storage, inventory control, and issuance of products. The role ensures that vaccines are handled, stored, and distributed according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Agriculture, Animal Science, or any related course

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock documentation, and record keeping

• Detail oriented with good organizational and numerical skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory, stock movements, and expiration dates to ensure product availability

• Prepare and issue based on approved requisitions while maintaining accurate inventory records

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stocks with inventory records

• Ensure proper documentation of receiving, issuance, and inventory transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage area and cold storage facilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, biosecurity protocols, and inventory control procedures
