Warehouseman

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Enter inventory and logistics data into the company's inventory management system.
2. Receive, inspect, and properly store supplies, spare parts, and materials.
3. Issue materials based on approved requisitions and maintain accurate documentation.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levelrs are updated at all times.
5. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report any inventory discrepancies.
6. Coordinate with the Engineering and Purchasing Departments to support vessel maintenance and operational requirements.
7. Assist in loading, unloading, and preparing materials and equipment for delivery to tugboats.
8. Safeguard company assets by preventing the loss, damage, or unauthorized use of materials and equipment.
9. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and storage areas.
10. Perform other warehouse, inventory, and logistics-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least two (2) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or materials management, preferably in Maritime, Shipping, or Maring Engineering industry.
• Keen to details
• Possess high integrity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Computer literate
• Willing to be assign in Subic, Zambales.
• Can start immediately
