Warehouseman

About the role

The Warehouseman is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, repacking, and releasing agricultural products while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety standards, cleanliness, and proper documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect delivered items for quantity and condition.
• Ensure proper stock placement and organization.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) method consistently.
• Monitor and report damaged, missing, or near-expiry products.
• Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
• Verify deliveries according to purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Assist in order consolidation.
• Support safe loading and unloading of products.
• Repack bulk products into retail packaging using proper measurement and weighing.
• Ensure accurate sealing and labeling of repacked items.

About you

• Follow safety procedures in lifting and handling heavy items.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper product placement.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for feeds, veterinary supplies, aqua products, and accessories.
• Maintain OJT logs, Daily Time Records (DTR), and other required documents.
