About the role

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a dedicated Warehouseman to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Balagtas, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient storage, organisation, and movement of materials and finished steel products throughout our facility. As a Warehouseman, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth flow of inventory, supporting our manufacturing operations, and contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. This position is based on-site at our Balagtas, Bulacan location.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products into the warehouse management system
• Organise and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and easy accessibility
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with shipping documentation and specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or discrepancies
• Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Load and unload vehicles carefully to prevent damage to products
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support daily operations

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Forklift certification or equivalent material handling qualifications (preferred)
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly, with good physical fitness and stamina
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of health and safety regulations within warehouse environments
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced working environment
