About the role

This role involves managing inventory and materials in a warehouse environment, including receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials, supplies, and equipment. You will maintain organized storage, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with site teams to support material availability and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment
• Record deliveries and issue stocks accurately using the company's inventory system
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile with inventory records
• Maintain organized storage of materials in designated warehouse areas
• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and segregation of materials for easy identification and safety
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage yard
• Issue construction materials, tools, and equipment based on approved request forms
• Ensure proper documentation (receiving reports, issuance slips, return slips, stock cards)
• Implement proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous or sensitive materials
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse inventory reports

About you

• Ability to comply with site safety policies and report unsafe conditions in storage areas
• Ability to safeguard warehouse inventory against loss, damage, and theft
• Ability to coordinate with Procurement, Site Engineers, and the logistics team regarding material needs and delivery schedules
• Ability to manage low stock levels, damaged items, or discrepancies and ensure material availability
