Warehouseman

1. Specialized Packing & Preparation

• Securely pack automotive parts—ranging from fragile electronics and glass components to heavy mechanical parts—using appropriate protective materials (bubble wrap, foam dividers, heavy-duty crates).
• Verify that the part numbers, quantities, and descriptions exactly match the Pick List or Invoice before sealing packages.
• Operate packing machinery, tape dispensers, and pallet jacks safely to prepare bulk shipments.

2. Quality Control & Inventory Verification

• Inspect incoming and outgoing automotive items for visible defects, rust, dents, or incorrect packaging.
• Match stock keeping unit (SKU) numbers accurately to prevent wrong-item shipping errors.
• Report any damaged stock, missing components, or inventory discrepancies immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor.

3. Labeling, Sorting & Dispatch

• Apply correct shipping labels, fragile stickers, and custom hazardous material (hazmat) tags if handling automotive fluids or batteries.
• Sort and stack packed boxes onto pallets by courier route, destination, or delivery priority.
• Wrap completed pallets securely with stretch film for safe transit.

4. Safety & Warehouse Maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free packing station in compliance with company and 5S warehouse standards.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols, including the correct team-lifting procedures for oversized or heavy automotive assemblies.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, including steel-toed boots and protective gloves.

Pay: Php18,000.72 - Php18,070.00 per month

Work Location: In person
