Warehouseman

Role responsibilities:

The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of Yokogawa

products and materials. This role supports audit readiness, inventory accuracy, and timely distribution to

internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management – Receive, check, and record incoming shipments; ensure accuracy of stock

levels in SAP.

• Material Handling – Safely store, pick, and pack materials for customer orders.

• SAP Transactions – Perform goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfer, and cycle count entries in

SAP.

• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain delivery receipts, import/export documents, and ensure

compliance with BOC, DTI, internal & external audit requirements.

• Coordination – Liaise with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and

support timely deliveries.

• Safety & Housekeeping – Follow DOLE occupational safety standards and maintain organized

warehouse conditions.

• Audit Support – Assist in physical inventory counts and provide documentation for internal/external

audits.

Qualifications

• Education – College graduate (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field).

• Technical Skills – Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP, MS office applications.

• Experience – At least 2-3 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Soft Skills – Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented

environment.

• Physical Requirement – Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
