Warehouseman

A. Job Summary

Warehouse Runner helper is in-charge of storing, releasing, and distribution of supplies with direct supervision of Warehouse Head. They are the one that helps Warehouse Head manage stock rooms and supplies. They are also the ones that buy or get supplies from suppliers.

D. Statement of Duties

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategically manage the warehouse with supervision of Warehouse Head.

2. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.

3. Inventory of Supplies in Warehouse when needed.

4. Releases stock as advised by Warehouse Head.

5. Canvassing Supplies from different suppliers if needed.

6. Drives Company vehicles when needed to get supplies or buy needed supplies.

7. Managing storage facilities and placement of supplies in the warehouse.

MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Release request items per department and let them sign in the logbook.

2. Deliver items needed in the office.

3. Count and check items before releasing.

4. Performs other functions that may be required from time to time.

E. Qualifications

1. 2 year college graduate or undergrad

2. At least 1 year experience in Warehouse set up.

3. Knowledgeable in warehouse management procedures, stocks supply and have great

memorization skills.

G. Required Skills

1. At least average in communication skills

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
