WAREHOUSEMAN – CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

Work Location: Clark Safari and Adventure Park, 67 Jose Abad Santos Ave., Clark Freeport, Mabalacat City, Pampanga

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouseman to manage the receiving, storage, monitoring, and issuance of construction materials, tools, and equipment for our construction projects within Clark Safari and Adventure Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming construction materials and supplies.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other documents.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to authorized personnel based on approved requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate records of stocks, releases, transfers, and returns.
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and storage of materials.
• Report damaged, missing, or insufficient stocks to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading of construction materials when necessary.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Project/Site teams regarding material requirements.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• With experience as a Warehouseman, Storekeeper, or similar position, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling and moving materials.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
• Able to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Willing to work on-site at Clark Safari and Adventure Park.
• Willing to follow company policies and safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: On-site – Clark Safari and Adventure Park, Mabalacat City, Pampanga

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
