Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouseman to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties

• Operate various warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, recording using inventory management software, and maintaining organized storage areas
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring proper packaging according to safety regulations
• Conduct manual handling of materials with proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering strictly to OSHA safety protocols
• Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, picking orders for shipment, packing items securely, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintain safety standards by following OSHA regulations, operating heavy equipment responsibly, and participating in safety protocol training
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and ensure compliance with logistics procedures

Skills

• Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, cranes, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software such as AS400 or similar platforms
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Excellent understanding of warehouse safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures
• Skilled in manual handling techniques for heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards
• Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required; a strong team-oriented attitude is essential

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
