Warehouseman

A. Inventory

· To help accounts department during inventory count.

· To provide update inventory status.

· To check entries in net suites and sign documents

· To coordinate with warehouse staff for inventory status of all coming shipments.

· To update the inventory of expired and damage products.

B. Deliveries and Receiving

· To check all Sales invoice and delivery receipts before dispatching products.

· To check all shipment arrival form before unloading the products.

· To coordinate with brokerage company for upcoming shipments.

· To sign all shipment arrival forms after counting thequantity of product and send report.

· To check quality of product to be delivered or received.

· To coordinate with importation ,sales ,logistics and accounting departments regarding status of coming shipments

· To coordinate with sales personal about the product

C. QA Related Role

· To organize quality control department

· To coordinate with QA supervisor about the urgency of products needed by sales.

· To provide all required gazettes and other needed things for QA.

· To check and sign all finished good inspection reports and product quantity reports.

· To ensure about the quality of product after QA.

· To coordinate about product quality with supplier or importation and send the report.

D. Warehouse Related Role

· To monitor temperature of warehouse daily

· To check cleanliness and maintenance daily

· To coordinate with staff about warehouse related matters.

· To sign documents

· To coordinate with logistics for required trucks needed for deliveries and transfer of product.

· To check chiller compartments and monitor temperature of area.

· To coordinate with regulatory about product storage

· To share knowledge about product storage and handling of product with warehousemen.

· To coordinate with purchasing about calibration of data loggers, bioref, and chiller compartments.

· To ensure the delivery of biological products in control temperature.

Pay: From Php16,500.00 per month
