Warehouseman

1.       Responsible for receiving and unloading incoming raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and supplies delivered to the warehouse.

2.       Check and verify the quantity and condition of received materials against delivery receipts, purchase orders, and other supporting documents.

3.       Conduct proper racking, storage, labeling, and organization of materials according to warehouse procedures and designated locations.

4.       Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.

5.       Prepare and process Material Issuance Slips and Transfer Slips for materials issued, transferred, or released from the warehouse.

6.       Verify materials being issued or transferred against approved requests and supporting documents.

7.       Conduct physical and actual counting of inventory to ensure quantities match warehouse records and system balances.

8.       Assist in regular inventory counting, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies between actual stocks and recorded inventory.

9.       Maintain accurate records of all incoming, outgoing, issued, and transferred materials.

10.   Assist in unloading activities and ensure materials are properly arranged and secured during handling.

11.   Monitor warehouse stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damaged materials, or inventory discrepancies.

12.   Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper housekeeping within the warehouse and storage areas.

13.   Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures, material-handling practices, and company policies.

14.   Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the Warehouse or Logistics Supervisor.

15.   To prepare the following report on a regular basis:

Receiving Report Weekly (Every Saturday)

Summary of material issuance Weekly (Every Saturday)

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering (IE) or a related course.
• Relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Willing to perform other tasks related to warehouse operations.
• Must have a motorcycle or be able to drive a motorcycle.
• Must be willing to perform warehouse-related physical tasks when required.
