WAREHOUSEMAN

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials.

· Store materials properly and maintain inventory records.

· Issue materials based on approved requests.

· Monitor stock levels and discrepancies.

· Prepare inventory, receiving, issuance and reconciliation reports.

· Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory.

· Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.

· Coordinate with Purchasing, Projects and Production.

· Assist loading/unloading and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

· College graduate of any course; warehousing-related course is an advantage.

· At least 2 years' experience as Warehouseman or similar role in multi-industry environment.

· Knowledge of receiving, storage, issuance, inventory control, inventory systems and reports.

· Experience with barcode scanners, MS Excel, inventory systems.

· Knowledge of safety practices, housekeeping and 5S.

· Willing to be assigned within Cebu areas.

· Hardworking, organized, detail-oriented and physically fit.
