About the role

A Warehouseman position in construction, responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. The role involves managing inventory records, coordinating material releases, and ensuring warehouse compliance with safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies
• Check deliveries against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other documents
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of materials, tools, and equipment
• Release materials and tools to authorized personnel based on approved requests
• Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and safekeeping of all warehouse items
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies, damaged, missing, or excess items
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with concerned personnel regarding replenishment of materials
• Maintain proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
• Assist in loading, unloading, and proper handling of construction materials when necessary

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage
• Experience as a Warehouseman, Storekeeper, or similar position, preferably in a construction or industrial company
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring, receiving, issuing, and safekeeping of materials and tools
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment is an advantage
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, for inventory monitoring and documentation
• Able to lift and handle materials as required
• Can work independently and coordinate effectively with the project team

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
