Job Responsibilities

• Guarantee precise picking of finished goods for logistics and raw materials for production by verifying documentation (SWA, DR, SI, PO, Withdrawal Cards) and following specific batch instructions.
• Support warehouse accuracy by conducting daily random stock checks of finished goods and participating in comprehensive quarterly and year-end inventory counts.
• Document third-party logistics pickups via photos, maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, and uphold warehouse cleanliness and order through daily 5S practices.

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or High School Diploma (with relevant experience).
• A minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is required.
• Must be proficient in basic computer use for report generation and email communication.
• Certification and/or demonstrable experience operating manual pallet jacks and/or forklifts (desirable, but must be willing to be trained and certified).
• Ability to accurately read and process detailed receiving documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists).

The successful candidate shall receive the following:
