Warehouseman

• Inventory Management: Receiving, unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming stock, as well as picking, packing and recording outbound items.

• Procurement and purchasing.

• Order Fulfillment: Preparing, organizing and arranging goods for delivery to project sites.

• Maintenance: Maintaining clean, organized and secure warehouse environment. Testing and keeping maintenance track record of power tools.

• Record Keeping: Updating inventory logs, documentation, and database accurately to track stock levels.

• Collaboration: Working with operations department, drivers, and project sites to ensure timely logistics.

Job Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering background is preferred, particularly with experience in handling Construction Materials, Equipment and Project Site Requirements.
• at least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, construction materials management, logistics and inventory control and purchasing.
• Experience in construction company, contractor or engineering related environment is highly preferred.
• Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50-lbs regularly.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members, other departments and project sites.
