Warehouseman

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receives raw materials and finished goods while ensuring quantities are checked and all items are properly stowed, stored, and protected to maintain product quality and conformity

2. Prepare for releasing of finished goods for customer delivery in accordance with the established / documented standards and methods, appropriately covered by approved Delivery Orders

3. Inspects and receives purchased goods from suppliers in accordance with the established/documented standards and methods, ensuring that these conform to purchase specifications before acceptance.

4. Ensures that all received purchased goods are properly stored and protected to preserve product integrity and prevent damage or loss

5. Assists in loading and unloading of goods during receiving and dispatch operations

6. Assists in performing physical inventory, cycle counts and stocktaking activities

7. Reports damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the Department Head

8. Adheres to workplace standards in the Warehouse area to ensure a safe working environment

9. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time within his/her skill set, experience, and/or capabilities.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

1. Preferably with at least six (6) months of experience in the related field.

2. Educational attainment: At least Senior High School graduate or vocational course related to warehousing or logistics

3. Physically fit and capable of performing manual warehouse tasks

4. Possess good moral character, hardworking, a team player and can work with minimal to no supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14,085.00 per month
