Warehouseman/Forklift Operator

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Picks and prepares items accurately according to distributed Job Orders (J.O.) and instructions from Team Leaders/Checker.

· Executes manual handling, lifting, stacking, and palletizing of goods following proper ergonomic and product care techniques.

· Transfers picked items to designated staging bays for inspection and verified loading.

· Ensures strict implementation of First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock picking based on lot numbers and placement tags.

· Unloads cargo from incoming container vans, delivery trucks, and suppliers carefully onto pallets or designated bays.

· Loads outbound shipments onto trucks under the supervision of the Warehouse Checker and Driver, ensuring secure weight distribution.

· Applies protective wrapping, strapping, or corner guards on loaded pallets to prevent movement or transit damage.

· Assists in physical container unboxing, sorting, and segregation upon arrival.

· Performs daily sweeping, cleaning, trash removal, and segregation of scrap/packaging materials across aisle zones.

· Disposes of empty wooden pallets, plastic stretch film, carton boxes, and debris in designated disposal areas.

· Arranges pallets, hand trucks, and material handling equipment neatly in designated parking bays after use.

· Maintains clear, unobstructed fire exits, walkways, safety aisles, and electrical panel zones at all times.

· Assists Warehouse Checker and In-Charge in manual counting of stocks during regular physical cycle counts and yearly audits.

· Wears prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and vests at all times on duty.

· Follows company rules regarding non-smoking, no eating in warehouse zones, and attendance punctuality.

· Reports broken pallets, unsafe product stacks, or facility damages immediately to the Warehouse In-Charge.

Pay: Php16,823.75 - Php18,258.33 per month
