Warehouseman/Purchaser

Job Summary: Responsible for purchasing, receiving, storing, and issuing hotel supplies while ensuring proper inventory control, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Purchase hotel supplies at competitive prices from reliable suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and compare supplier quotations.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Issue supplies to hotel departments upon approved requisition.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness, organization, and security.
• Conduct inventory counts and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and hotel departments for timely deliveries.
• Drive a manual transmission vehicle for purchasing, deliveries, and other hotel-related errands.

Qualifications:

• Senior High school graduate or college level.
• Experience in purchasing or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Honest, organized, responsible, and trustworthy.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
